In fact so far we’ve only gotten one trip in. Oh, but what a strange trip it was. Kevin and Lucinda and family invited us to experience watersport camping. They have a couple of waverunners, and their neighbors have a ski boat. We all met up at a campground at New Melones Reservior, spent a couple nights roughing it. Both Saturday and Sunday we spent at least 6 hours out on the lake, jamming around the lake on the waverunners, or traling the boat on the wakeboard. I’m not sure mother earth enjoyed herself but we had a blast. Being on the lake was great as it was blazing hot (this was in early July – we a bit behind on this blog post!).

Surprises? Edie impressing us all with her latent mad wakeboard skillz. Noone injured after the most amazing inner-tube wipe-out evar. Natalie and two other girls must have flown 20 feet at 30 miles/hour before landing on eachother. Exciting stuff!

All in all it was an amazing experience. Looking forward to doing it again next year.

See all the photos!
